PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

End of an Echium

After thinking that the garden had survived the 60mph gusts of wind we got a surprise when we went out of the garden gate and found this lovely multi stemmed self seeded Echium had blown over and taken part of the Cornish Hedge with it. Jim has had to pull the Echium out and try to rebuild the wall - really a job for an expert.
Many apologies to Kathleen who was walking Bertie the Fox Terrier along the footpath by the house yesterday,  when a huge gust of wind smashed a Teasel right into her face  - (the rest of them will be dealt with as soon as it stops blowing a gale and pouring with rain ) When we met today she said she was going to sue us - I hope she was joking !
