PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

A bird to fool us !

I gather that this is a very pale Buzzard that people have been reporting as all sorts of more exciting birds.  Don't know if this is the Buzzard that we have seen a lot of on the wing as we get a very different view of birds from the house.

    A very pale Buzzard. There's been one around Marazion that's been reported as an Osprey and even Short-toed Eagle!

      Thanks for that - thought it looked too big for anything I could find in the books other than a Buzzard - it looked rather grey & white - strange to have that & the 2 white Magpies ! Sue
