Love all of these photos today around your locality.....beautiful flowers, bees and butterflies. Gorgeous panoramas of sea and fields and interesting comments on everyday life. It must be very concerning the way greedy developers are taking over old and historic buildings and changing the whole atmosphere of country towns.
ReplyDeleteGreat to see that England are winning medals (especially Cornwall):) Nice idea painting the mail boxes.
Evening Betty, my son Nick actually worked in that building - fortunately Currys also had a "superstore" on the edge of Penzance so he still has a job. Towns & Cities throughout UK are looking rather sad with lots of empty shops.
DeleteGreat to see UK winning some medals at last - The Post Office actually got stamps out today with the Gold medal winning rowers & Cyclist Bradley Wiggins on - will have to do some more after today. Sue
