A walk to Cudden Point & back

A fine and sunny morning with a strong N to NW wind, we decided to walk up to Trebarvah and across to Trevean, then take the footpath that goes around the back of Acton Castle to The Campsite at Prussia Cove where we then took the path that goes direct to Cudden Point

SY Mariette of 1915
The lovely SuperYacht that had arrived yesterday had moved from her anchorage near Newlyn to a point almost behind The Mount - for shelter from the strong winds. I was sure I had seen her before and with a bit of searching I've discovered she is Mariette of 1915 that we saw racing in the Pendennis Cup in Falmouth Bay - she was in fact the overall winner.
