Wonderful views, but never again !

As I said yesterday, we parked at the top of Raginnis Hill, above Mousehole and walked the coastal footpath to Lamorna. I think I can say with all certainty that I will never ever do it again !   Not an easy walk for a short lady with steps that at times were higher than my knee and rocks to clamber over whilst holding onto a dog lead due to being right on the edge ! Classed as a moderate walk - Hmm ! Just getting too old I suppose !
Still, my knee had an x-ray and passed its MOT and the Freelander is up in Truro getting its own MOT- we drove home in real style in a courtesy Lands Rover Discovery whew - all pale leather seats and screens and drop down gear knobs and a rear camera for reversing - trouble is it's so complicated we couldn't even turn the radio off and so high I needed a step to get in !

St Michael's Mount from a slightly different angle as we start our walk
HMS Tyne at anchor overnight off Newlyn. She is a River-class offshore patrol vessel, built by Vosper Thornycroft in Southampton  to serve as a fishery protection unit within the United Kingdom's waters
