  1. Good Morning Sue,
thank's for the lovely pictures once again.
The fungus is not a Amanita Muscaria, I can't see any white dots on it.(Well, sometimes there are no white dots) But I'm quite sure that it is someone from the Russula family (more than 150 different ones), may be Paludosa (edible)or Emetica (poisonous), difficult to say without having a look underneath.
Anyway, I love all these scenes from our beloved Cornwall.
    Take care

    Gerd

    1. Thanks Gerd - you never let me down - I nearly left it blank -as a challenge as I only have one book with Fungi in and searching on the internet can be tricky as there are so many thousands of them !
Weather a bit better here today - off to buy sofas ! Sue

    1. No way - much too scary ! Read the tale of the family who were all poisoned to some degree or other - several have had to have a kidney transplant - Hopefully it's much safer to buy them from Morrisons etc ! Sue
