The Old Vicarage, St Clement

We've been wondering for the last two years what this house was going to be as it's had a massive renovation - it's now The Old Vicarage luxury B & B with garden cafe - wish it had been there when we lived at Tresillian !
Wonderful curved sliding glass doors (that slide all the way back) with balcony above - they were made in Israel as no one else could do it !
They've obviously spent a huge amount of money on it - but in such a lovely village by the creek and only 2 miles outside Truro city centre it should do well.
The dogs were totally transfixed when this Pheasant appeared to peck on the ground below the bird feeder
I think he spotted them !
Unfortunately the same crumbs from the bird feeder had attracted this fine fellow - I hasten to add that it is a river Rat not a sewer Rat - but some people might head for the hills ! One of the problems of living next to a river !
