We walked home past the Church to take some photos of these beautiful Amaryllis Belladonna lillies that always put on a wonderful show each year. They are unusual as they grow leaves in Spring and they die away, then in the Autumn the flowers appear. Love the way they lean away from the wall - towards the sun.

They look so pretty, and great to have such blooms in Autumn.
ReplyDeleteWe do love them - we thought ours had disappeared as we had no flowers last year - but this year a few have managed to push through the other plants that are crowding them - we'll have to try to clear a space for them.
