Just time to post this photo that I took when we got home from our walk - showing the heavy cloud approaching - a forerunner of tomorrows rain and seriously bad gales - depending on which forecaster you look at it  could be up to 70mph plus  eek !
We're off to The Victoria for a meal - should have been going with Mark & Theresa from next door, but Mark has not managed to get back from London due to the floods all over the place, hope he gets home safely - eventually !
Just in case you didn't believe me - from the Met Office - XC Weather has downgraded to possible gusts of 68mph - quite enough thank you ! I do the rest of the photos when I get home !

  1. Yikes! Be safe. Not looking forward to the drive from London on Tuesday if it persists.

    1. Shouldn't be anything like as bad - just looked on XC weather forecast for London on Tuesday - gusts of 25mph ish - so no trouble to drive in - provided the roads haven't washed away - sorry joke !
50 flood warnings in the SW and a huge amount of rain expected today.
Already gusting at 51 and it's due to get worse as the rain arrives - don't think we'll be going anywhere today ! Sue
