PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

As I drove towards Helston for my Dentists appointment I spotted teams of workers on the fields feverishly cutting the Cauliflowers in time for the Christmas Market.
To paraphrase lines from The League of Gentlemen
"Local Caulis for local people, we'll have no Sprouts here !"
Sorry a touch of Christmas silliness creeping in here - or is it hysteria !
It reminds me of a song we used to sing with the children at school.... Cauliflowers fluffy and cabbages green...
