PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Suddenly, the clouds parted and a strange light appeared in the sky !
It seemed to turn the scene from colour to monochrome
Oystercatcher looking for some peace and quiet - where there aren't any dogs !

      It really was quite odd lighting for a few minutes - didn't last long though and the wind has come up again tonight !

    Very atmospheric skies.We have had some odd ones too.The other morning I thought it was nearly. "getting up" time ,it was only 2am and the garden was bathed in a really eerie light..no moon either!Thanks again for all your wonderful pictures...Happy New Year!!macca

      Happy New Year to you Macca, we've got an eerie light in the bedroom - it's the Christmas rope light, which I've been leaving switched on as going out on the balcony to turn it off is just not an option with the weather we've been having ! Hopefully we're all in for some slightly better weather tomorrow then back to cloud but not much rain. Sue
