PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

As usual I have enought tine of paint to stock a shop, but not the right one to do a bit on the lounge door frame, so off I went to B&Q via Marazion. I stopped off at Folly Field, close to where the amphibious vehicle comes  out of the water - you can see !
Huge number of these little chaps running along the waters edge - think they might be Dunlin - but I bet Robin knows better ! - He did they are Sanderlings !

    Robin dos'nt know better but I think they may be Sanderling. The bills don't look long enough for Dunlin. Hundreds of Sanderling here but only a handful of Dunlin and I hav'nt seen one yet this year!

      I'm sure that last year I said Sanderling and they were Dunlin -Running about much too fast - and I am still full of anaesthetic ! Sue
