We were in the kitchen and noticed a red glow through the window, so we both grabbed our cameras and rushed onto the balcony - what a beauty - lighting both the sky and the water !
Just spectacular
Zoomed in  the sky looks even more fiery !

  1. So beautiful! Gorgeous colours. I like the pic of the church window, really stands out and the lovely Mount always looks amazing. Thanks for sharing.
Today the weather is good. Nice cool morning and a sunny top of 24C forecast, but slowly heating up to a forecast 38C max on Thursday!

  2. That really is a sunset! English churches are so beautiful, and I love to look inside them when they are unlocked. Next time I am over, I will have to walk as far as the church and look inside-which I didn't in December when I was sidetracked by the Christmas sale. The two favorites I discovered on one visit was Breage and Long Melford in Suffolk.

Love the Cornish granite churches - many of them are very old like ours here in Perranuthnoe.
