PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Took this video yesterday and didn't have enough broadband to upload it - if you have the sound on hope it didn't make you jump - the strange noise toward the end is the water rushing up around my feet.
 

It's not very good and I really must move the camera more slowly, but I was trying to get the best waves.

  1. That's pretty spectacular! see what you mean about the sound!we have seen little watery sunshine and a bit of a thaw...been out in the car for the first time for seven days...still lots of snow, as you say the big thaw will be a worry.macca.

  2. We get used to talking in a loud voice when we're on the beach when there's a sea like that, but it really did sound loud on the video.
    Hope you don't get floods now that the snow is melting ! Sue
