No giant splashes today - which was strange, as the wind was gusting around 50mph and on my side as I walked down the hill and was almost pushing me over.
The rest of the day was galeforce wind with gusts of over 60mph and pouring rain crashing onto the windows. We took the dogs to Godolphin Woods which they really enjoyed despite the mud. Wooster's "undercarriage" was so filthy that I put him into the big steam-shower and gave him a bit of a warm power-wash - it's only the second time I've done that with him, but he was very good and just stood there until he was clean ! Tilly of course was much cleaner - how does she do it ?
