PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.
It looks so magical there with the dusting of snow. I love the clock on the church tower. Does it work?
ReplyDeleteYou can almost see Wooster's thinks bubble when he is looking over the wall.
Yes the clock is now working - it had to be overhauled recently, but it is lovely and chimes as well - which is useful if you're doing the gardening with gloves on !
ReplyDeleteMy brain had had enough or I was going to try to think of what Wooster was thinking, he makes me smile when he's up there - he really checks the whole area out !
So pleased to see you have had some snow..I didn't want you to feel left out!!..The church and village looks beautiful..yesterday morning we got up to another 4/5 inches but only a little overnight last night we are now into our ninth day!Enjoyed viewing all your photo's.Thanks Sue..macca
ReplyDeleteIt's rather a worry to think of all your snow eventually melting - possibly causing flooding.
ReplyDeleteOurs went very quickly and it's back to just a gloomy vista this morning. Sue
