Very high tide at Copperhouse Pool, Hayle as we call in to the furniture shop Julian Foye to collect a swatch sample of our new sofa leather.
The weather looks quite clear here, but when I drove from home to Helston to the Dentist in the morning the fog was really thick for most of the way - fortunately for our trip up to Truro it was mostly clear, although it seemed to be getting a bit worse on the way home.
Only some gulls to be seen down this end, but as we drove pasr the Hayle Estuaty there were thousands of birds to be seen - it has been quite a mild place for them to over-winter, but the forecast is for much colder weather.
Sorry that all the photos from today - fog just makes it impossible - so, here's some from Saturday that didn't make it onto the blog that day !
Ah ! a little blue sky over Trenow Cove, that's much better !
Boat Cove, Trenow
The forecast is for some sunshine tomorrow, thank goodness !
