Shadows of the clouds rather spoiling the view over to Gwenver
But I managed to catch the sun on Cape Cornwall
and I spotted a little white boat and sure enough it was one of the Newlyn Crabbers - either Intuition or Emma Louise
and there over to the right, you can just about make out Round Island Light

  1. We stayed at Cape Cornwall several times en route to and from "Scilly" we could see the lighthouses so clearly, especially at night, they looked so close you couldn't believe they were 28 miles away !!

  2. Sounds wonderful at Cape Cornwall - love to see the lighthouses at night - when we stayed on St Agnes and walked the dogs at night down near the Pool we could see three lighthouses flashing - The Bishop. Round Island and Peninnis, nice !
