It was a lovely morning with lots of blue sky and sunshine, so we headed for the beach - well Jim & the dogs did -
But I'd run out of my favourite coffee, so stopped off at The Cabin Beach Cafe for a lovely Cappuccino and took some photos
Jim loves it when the beach is big enough to walk in front of the rocks to Trebarvah Cove

You are lucky to have such a versatile cafe right by the beach. I would have loved that when I had to sit for hours on La Jolla Shores beach when the children were little, and not a sausage in sight - literally!
ReplyDeleteYes we're lucky to have the two cafe & super pub as well ! I did use all my willpower and stay away from the other goodies they had to offer as we always have a big dinner when Nick visits on Sunday.
DeleteWhat a glorious day ! Lovely pictures too !We shall have a few days in Penzance before and after our 'Scilly' holiday so hope to sample that coffee !(depends if we come by car or let 'the train take the strain' !) no 'white stuff' this morning. A bitterly cold weekend, grey again this morning but suppose it is only 7am !!
ReplyDeleteForgot to say it was me. macca!
ReplyDeleteThe bus that's heading for Helston comes right in to the Village & drops off at the Victoria Pub & it's only a short walk to the cafes & beach. It's quite a trip as it goes right through Marazion - must be a great view of The Mount.
DeleteWoke up to sun again - but I don't think it will last beyond lunchtime again or - having just seen the forecast - won't last beyond mid-morning. Sue
