Picked up the camera to take this then there was a beep - and it closed down - even though I'd checked and it had stated full battery just before we set off grrr !
So I borrowed Jim's little Sony as he was busy "gleaning" a couple of delicious cauliflowers that had been cut & discarded due to marks. They went well with the roast potatoes & Turkey Breast we had planned for dinner ! So remember Gerd - watch out for unwanted Caulis as you walk around Perranuthnoe !
Good Morning Sue,
ReplyDeleteyes, we will have an open eye for all these gifts that nature (and the farmers) offers us. I had a look on the weatherforecast at accuweather and it's looking not too bad for the next ten days. Hopefully they are not too wrong. We will see.
Hope to meet you on the beach.
Gerd
Just checked the forecast on XC Weather and as you say it's looking quite good. Normally you'd ave been urrounded by polythene covered fields at this time of year - but due to the wet conditions there's none here at the moment - saw some alongside the A30 beyond Penzance last week - might be a shortage of early Cornish New Potatoes this year !
