Scillonian III out of the dry dock and alongside the road this morning. She's got her own set of traffic lights - I assume to assist the workmen when they are carrying stuff from the dry dock works across the road to her ! Two of the workmen said they thought they are going to hold an open day when she's ready to go !
But they still need to keep the pain rollers out
Ouch ! Her new paintwork got a bit scratched on her way out of dry dock - should have done it in daylight !
and she still needs her proper doors
and hopefully they've got a new flag on order
Glad to see the work is progressing ,all booked up to travel on her in June.Love the picture of Wooster...what a 'nosey parker'.Hope we will be on the islands at the same time,we shall know you by the dogs!macca.

DeleteSuch a pity - would have been nice to see you ! Sue
DeleteWonder if all the davits, mast and crane will go blue. Would look rather smart - as she was in the 90's!

The blue does look smart - but they don't seems to have touched the yellow paint at all !
DeleteWe'll have to keep an eye out for her doing her sea trials and crew training etc in the coming weeks.
