PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

After so much rain & wind yesterday, this morning was brighter, but with frequent very heavy showers. Jim decided to "go for it"  with the dogs and went swiftly up to Trebarvah & back.

    Been 'of air' for a week ! broken cable, son has just delivered a new one,I feel as though I have been in soltary confinement all week.!Not a good week car written off on Monday no one hurt,we have had a visitor to our pond probably an otter,our beautiful Koi carp all gone bar one.Found several of them with chewed heads in our neighbours garden.At the end of the day a car is a piece of metal and we shall buy some goldfish !!!!!Thank you Sue for all your wonderful pictures a belated Happy Anniversary,forty eight for us in October.Feel much better now I have had a trip to Cornwall.macca

      Oh dear, what a week you've had !
      Really pleased that no one was hurt, but these things are still a shock to the system. As for your Koi, that's awful, I love them and had some beauties in Leics. We gave them to someone who'd spent all his money on his pond & couldn't afford the Koi. We thought that having Koi next to the Creek with all the Herons would not be clever !It seems more annoying & upsetting for you when the Otter (or whatever) did not even eat them.
      You will be four years ahead of us in October - and then only two off your Golden Anniversary Phew !
      Hope you get a replacement car sorted soon !

      Have seen on TV the damage that Mink can do - nasty little critters! and I suppose thay have all been released from Mink Farms without a though of the damage they can do. Sue
