I expect Jim's walk in the wind was very stimulating ! It's blowing a hooley here this morning !Had difficulty pegging the washing on the line !(it's still there at the moment)! thanks Sue.macca.
ReplyDeleteDon't think you would have wanted to put washing out in what we had yesterday - hope it stays on the line ! As I sat posting the photos last night I could see the glass bending in the windows as the reflections move around. The largest gust was 53mph - not as bad as Wales that had a 69mph Whew !
DeleteStill windy this morning - but SCIII is going today - not going to be a nice crossing ! Sue
Did wonder if SC111 would be sailing, batten down the hatches !!I suppose the fact we aren't on the coast we don't feel the full force of the wind(not that I'm envious....much) !hope to go to Wells tomorrow !macca
DeleteJust looked at the wind in your area and you've got similar gusts to the ones we had yesterday/overnight. Hopefully some fine weather to look forward to in the next few days. Sue
DeleteAnother misty view, which is always a dramatic view, we have had nothing but rain rain rain, flooding everywhere...suek
ReplyDeleteOh dear - sounds bad ! Hope you're not sending that our way, we've had enough rain ! Still a little hazy today, but glorious sunshine for a change with a little warmth to it although it is still very windy. Sue
