PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Strange goings on across the water ! Obviously no fishing allowed !
A group of Pochard out on the pool - there were more than this but they kept diving !

    I have never heard of pochards so will have to look them up.

    Winter visitors Lyn, will be heading off towards Eastern Europe when the weather is a little warmer ! They often interbreed with other similar birds creating hybrids which makes life even harder for people like me who struggle to identify birds in the first place !
