Jim took the dogs up the hill for their morning walk, it was nice and bright, but still very cold.
There in the distance over by the old Penlee Quarry was Scillonian III having spent Saturday & Sunday night in the shelter of Albert Pier. She had to move over to Lighthouse Pier early in the morning and was 45 minutes late leaving. This evening she was almost an hour late back in Penzance and went straight into the harbour to moor once more against Albert Pier. This strong Easterly wind is causing them a lot of problems

  1. Lovely colours in that familiar scene. Looks like a painting.

    1. We've seen this view rather more than usual in the last few months, due to the bad weather - but we're lucky to have such a lovely walk so close to home !
Nice sunny but cold morning today !
