PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Proper job ! !
At long last we found some workmen who were really good at their job - from this - when the old gas fire was removed
New lining in the chimney
Lovely new slate fire surround and hearth - wall re-skimmed and stylish Swedish convection Wood Burning stove fitted - all in 1 and a half days ! Couldn't light it as the skim isn't dry yet !
Looking great, roll on winter when you can have a good burn up ;-)) Terry says don't be in too much of a hurry to light the fire, needs to dry out thoroughly first. Will look forward to a photo of it lit.
Pleased you like it ! We shall probably just leave it well alone until after holidays - getting a bit concerned that I haven't even managed to buy a new suitcase yet - let alone done any real preparation - Yikes ! Sue

DeleteWe put in a woodburner at the cottage, and I love how easy it is to light, and how warm it makes the entire place.
