A second Border Agency vessel Seeker at anchor waiting to escort the yacht belonging to the Dutch sailor fell/jumped from the mast last night whilst his boat was being searched by the men from ther Border Agency (customs) Sadly the man died so a major investigation has been going on today - with the Harbour  being closed off for part of the morning.
The Dutch registered vessel Windrose on its way I assume to Newlyn for a more thorough examination at the end of a rather unusual  Scilly day
