Further to my bravery in walking through 2 fields with cattle in I have been told about this attack that happened recently On The Lizard.
"The dog was on the lead and the cattle at the far end of the field, when she entered. Think they must have had calves with them. She let the dog go but the cow attacked her anyway, throwing her in the air and then rolling on her. She is lucky to be alive and won't be going near cattle in the near future - likely to be in hospital for some time. Even without calves, cattle certainly need to be treated with caution !"

  1. Looks like you had a great day! Loved seeing all the boats up close.
Sounds like you had better watch out for those cows!
    Great to see familiar views:)

    1. Jim was weeding the footpath yesterday and was chatting to a couple who are staying in "your" cottage looking over the cattle fields ! Weather is much warmer now, but rain expected tomorrow and the gardens and fields really need that. Sue
