PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Well ! it was obvious when I drew the curtains that the village sewage system was in trouble again as the Clear Flow tankers were down on the parking field.
The problem of course is the result of the old system of pumping everything out to sea - which had to be changed in modern times !  Hence the fact that everything runs to the tank under the field and then is pumped back up the hill - always a plan for disaster really !
It's no wonder we pay the highest water & sewage charges in the UK
