The huge self seeded Budleas are having a good year
and by the look of the flowers on the Bramble bushes it might be a good year for Blackberries

  1. What a change in the weather! Here too strangely enough as it was grey and overcast all day and quite chilly tonight.
I am feeling a bit sad today as I saw online that the Copelands were selling up at Trelissick. William Copeland was a baby when Mum was the caretaker there, and I expect she polished quite a bit of that furniture and dusted that china.

    1. We saw several pieces on the sale of the contents of Trelissick - very sad for the family, but I think it was just too costly to continue to live in the big house. Life will certainly seem very different when they move to a more "normal sized" home.
Think the sale was over the last couple of days - not seen anything on the local news on that.

You certainly should be able to look at the Daily Mail site - not sure about the other - sometimes they don't work abroad ! Sue
