As we left on our late afternoon walk, our Kestrel styled alarm clock flew into the Cedar Tree - the problem with all this hot weather is that with all the windows & doors open at night, you can hear a mouse sneeze, let alone the gulls stomping around on the roof, the Wood Pidgeons coo-ing all over the place, the Crows crowing and Kestrel screaching !
