PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Just as we were eating dinner, I spotted this visitor - now much grown and looking very healthy.
A bit of investigation and then in was gone - leaving a couple of very frustrated Pointers !

    Foxes are so handsome when they are not thin and mangy. Who would be the victor is your dogs were out in the garden when he/she came a-visiting, I wonder?

      I think there would be no contest as the Pointer is bred to hunt, but never to catch/kill - only point it out to the human - or trained bird of prey !
      They are not brave at all, so I think there would be a lot of noise from Fox & dogs - just the problem of who turns to go first I suppose.
      Wooster & Tilly, just don't approve of interlopers on "their" drive - they didn't bark at the fox even thought they were looking at her - if they'd have got out I expect they would have chased her - just as they would a cat when it runs - if it stands its ground its stalemate
