At anchor the Belfast registered Scallop Trawler Vanquish - here's her story from the Penlee RNLI website "Penlee Lifeboat launched at 19:45 to assist the Lizard Lifeboat that was towing a 25m Scalloper towards Newlyn, the Scallop trawler suffered an engine room fire 2 miles south of the Lizard, Penlee Lifeboat took the tow off the Lizard Lifeboat and towed the scalloper to a position to anchor south of Gear Pole, the scalloper was unable to lift its derricks due to the fire so couldn't be towed into the harbour."
This evening I notice she has made it onto  the end of the Harbour
