Some late arrivals

One very harassed mum trying to keep her brood under control in the pool in the Old Vicarage Garden - a stream runs through it to keep it fresh
If they zoom down the slope they'll end up in the Tresillian River and I think they're safer in the garden pool
So cute !

  1. That must be a second clutch, we watched the first fourteen ducklings grow up back in the Spring, must go again soon, ideal day for a walk along the river there. Thank you

    1. I thought the same thing - very late clutch, but will hopefully do well if they stay in the garden pool rather than out along the river - we used to see them going down and down in numbers as they waddled past us each day - rather sad.
