We wondered what this plane was as it zoomed low over the house and then out to sea - over and over again gradually moving East -  I looked up its Call Sign and it's a Cessna F406 working for  Tellus South West Geophysical Surveys who are carrying out surveys of Cornwall at the moment
I'm sure it was hard work, but it looked like fun to me !
Here's a link to their website just in case you're interested  http://www.tellusgb.ac.uk/why.html

    1. Had us running in & out all day - tricky to catch them as they were so low you didn't hear them until they were overhead ! I wondered if they will publish what they have been up to !

    1. I saw that they were now much further up Cornwall/Devon when I checked their website the other day. I'm sure all that information will be of interest to someone - as long as it's not just to find the best places to put Wind Turbines ! Sue
