PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Yippee ! dogs are back on the beach ! The weather hasn't been suitable for beach walking so far this week - but today it was just right - except for the odd spit and spot of rain
The waves were roaring in and looks super when the sun shone - but there was a bit of cloud building from the West
Walking further along the beach I could see The Mount above Maen-du Point

    So dogs aren't allowed during the summer months? I suppose it is understandable when some people do not pick up after their dogs, but it seems a shame that there is no walking on the beach in the evening during the summer.
    Here in San Diego there are two Dog Beaches, where dogs can run unleashed. We love to go there just to watch the antics and the socialization (or not!) of some of the dogs. Lynn

    Hi Lynn, In our area, dogs are only allowed on the beach beaches before 8am and after 7pm from May1st to September - the problem is that on a fine Summers evening when we might feel like a walk on the beach - all the holidaysmakers have barbecues etc and the smell of a sausage on the barbecue might be just too much for the dogs - so we stay away ! sad ! They met a load of pals this evening on their walkies and had a great time.
