By mid afternoon the low cloud was spreading from the West
A gentle sail across the bay & back
Nice looking boat - struggled a bit to get back towards Penzance and took down the sails in the end and motored in

  1. Those rusty red sails are my favorite. Lovely photo of Tilly too. Both your dogs look so fit and muscled. What my daughter calls a "real dog." She doesn't like little bundles of fluff that have to be carried everywhere like an accessory! Lynn

    1. The boats are all getting as much time in the water as possible as it will soon be lifting time.
Considering that Tilly is well over 10 now she's looking pretty good - probably due to trying to keep up with "toyboy" Wooster - as you say they are "proper dogs", but even the little dogs that live around here go out for long walkies - feel rather sad for the "handbag dogs" you see in the newspapers these days. No way for them to live.Sue

  3. Spotted the SW on the sails, but too far out to get a good shot. At least it wasn't foggy !
Really miss seeing all the yachts that have been out there this Summer.
