As we made our way back towards home the sky was changing colour again
Briefly colouring the whole bay
before gradually fading as we zig zagged our way from one path to another to get home

  1. All I can say is WOW! Those closeups of the setting sun are amazing and the colours of the calm sea and surrounds after sunset, just beautiful. Thank you for taking and sharing all of your lovely photographs of this wonderful part of the world. I feel so fortunate to have visited, even for a short time and to have your amazing photos to remind me is special.

    1. In mamny ways it is my favourite time of year - if we get some fine weather and therefore sunsets, since we can't see them in the Summer as they are too far West.
I bet the view from the little barn at Trebarvah was spectacular this evening !
Hope your weather has warmed up a little - but no too much ! Sue

  2. I agree that those photographs are stunning. It is hard to believe that is natural and you didn't have to use all kinds of tricks to get those beautiful rosy red shades. You are in the ideal spot for seeing beautiful winter sunsets, and the lighthouse makes them even more fantastic!

  3. Wish we were there! I've now changed my wallpaper on my blackberry to the sunset we took on our last night when we were down. From Men du point. Need to speak to Wendy about dates. David's next task!
