Mud - not very glorious mud ! and more rain tonight and tomorrow night.
A very lucky November Red Admiral butterfly that found some flowers in the garden of The Dubban
The recent spells of sunshine has even brought the Osteospermums into flower again
I think I'd rather have rain. It's already a sharp frost tonight and the car was iced over for eight o'clock. Still it may have thwarted whatever is eating my broccoli.
Really hate the "proper" cold that you have so much more than we do. Don't envy you at all - but the munchy - slug or snails will really hate the frost. Jim has just had a problem with the little Wren in the garden - he took the dogs down for their last visit and they both knew that the Wren was in a bush - out it came and ended up on the bottom of the sliding patio door - he had a right job keeping the dogs away whilst he carefully shooed the Wren to safety in another bush - poor little chap ! - Naughty Pointers !
