PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

    I think Falmouth is supposed to get a larger Sainsbury's too. The new one is in the old Co-op space and is not very large. Falmouth does need one good anchor supermarket though as the Tesco store there is tiny! I have never been in the Lidl that opened. What did you think of the new Penzance store?

    I think they are building a new Sainsbury's store on the old Ford car garage area just outside Falmouth. Asda is the largest supermarket near Falmouth - really a big one and a good one. Lidl is a European company as is Aldi, both have come on in leaps and bounds during the recession as they are very good value - and also have really super special offers twice a week of all sorts of things - our house is full of them !
    The new Penzance Sainsbury's is bigger than I was expecting and seems to have all you could want - just hope we don't lose one of the others due to the three being so close together !.
