PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

After Jim got home, the rain arrived and with it more wind. It was far more violent than we were expecting with the biggest gust of 63.3mph  and with rain lashing onto the windows. After a few hours it was over and all is quiet again.

    You can't get a break, can you? For us, we are excited that the first big storm will hit CA on Thu, Fri and Sat bringing heavy rain and snow to the mountains.

      Fortunately it did blow through after around 3 hours, but it's still very unsettled.
      Hope you don't get tooo much rain and snow, but the dry ground must be desperate.
      I suppose the reservoirs will take a long long time to fill up again - whereas ours are overflowing !
