Called in for a coffee and took some photos of The Old Lifeboat House Bistro
Zooming in on the ceramic roundels either side of the upper window you can see they are rather lovely
Beautiful workmanship
and inside you can see that it is the oldest Lifeboat House in Cornwall - it is Grade II listed & I just love the granite and beams

  1. What an interesting old building, Sue. Love the interior and those beautiful roundels. As always I'm enjoying all of your pics. The sea looks wonderful and just love the new header:)
Spring can't be far away. It's still very hot here and continues for at least another week.

    1. It is my favourite place in town for a coffee & tea cake - lots of lovely art work of old ships on the walls.
Massive wave heights today Betty, with the high Spring tides meaning that the water overtopped the harbours etc in several places. I think everyone was ready for it this time, so hopefully no damage this time. Will post a photo of Sennen taken by someone today phew !
We're all looking forward to Spring and hopefully an end to all this rain - but hope your weather cools down just a little to make it more comfortable for you.Sue
