PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

When I was filling the bird feeders I noticed this comical "mutant" Echium - the flower is going to be interesting !
A more normal one ready to flower right next to it
This one is also looking slightly odd !

    Strange looking Echium ! we have a rose out in bloom ! and some poppies which self seeded from last year ! look odd amongst the daffodils and tulips! beautiful sunset.....envied your swim ....but not the distance !!! thanks Sue macca

      Think that the weather has perhaps affected some of the growth on the Echiums, but fortunately not killed many off - which I thought it was going to do. You have had a lot more warm sunshine than us, so the poppies must be happy ! No sign of your sown seedlings yet - just got to keep Robert off where I've scattered them. I'm swimming rather slowly at the moment as still lots of DIY on the go and the poor old body can only take so much ! Sue
