Afternoon walkies

As we set off on our walkies I noticed that the pink Echium had keeled over in the strong wind and when I took a look at ours I could see that several of them were leaning over as well. Pity !
A rather windblown bay today
Not many birds out on The Greeb this afternoon
Really hard to stand and take this photo out on Maen-dhu Point the wind was so strong
Waves were rolling in towards the beach - not what we need when we want the sand to build up again
Jim's panorama of the beach
Looks wonderful when there is blue sky and sea with lots of white water, but it really was quite wild out on the coastal footpath

    1. More wind and showers here again - several Echiums have gone down - shame, but they were almost finished. Met a couple of visitors this morning, who were amazed at the amount of potatoes left behind - we gave them a couple of dog bags off the roll and they set about gleaning ! Forecast seems a bit better from Tuesday onwards - warmer would be nice ! Sue
