  1. Snap ! our first one is out, we have them ' popping ' up all over the garden ! ( so have all my friends too ! ) they have multiplied greatly this year ! but I love them ! We had a terrific hail storm yesterday and it cut a lot of plants badly. The whole garden was white and under water....sunny this morning...so far ! thanks Sue.macca

    1. Yes, we were pleased to see that we seem to have more and more each year and we see them all over the village as well !
Pity about the hail storm when you have so much young foliage, think we've escaped the worst of the heavy showers.
The wind has knocked several Echiums over, but the rest are still standing and even the Arum Lillies are flowering - at long last ! Sadly all the windburned trees are still looking pretty bad and even our large area of Bamboo is windburned as well and not recovering so far. Sue
