Morning walkies

Blue Tit was shouting in the tree above me as I went out through the garden gate
Beautiful calm morning as I walked the dogs up towards Ednovean
Up at Trebarvah - I think they need another plan !
The fields are going brown again as the potatoes come out
Really hot work today !

  1. Hi Sue
I think you'll find the blue tit is a female adult showing her 'brood patch' - an area on the breast which loses its feathers in order to keep the eggs at a high even temperature. Lovely images. Ann

    1. Must admit I wasn't sure - but thought it was making the boop boop beep beep of a youngster - she was obviously just keeping an eye on the juv. that must have been in the tree above her ! Thanks Sue
