Such a pity it was so grey after all the lovely sunshine we had in the afternoon
I was looking at these Bluebells to see if I could find the lovely white Scilla Companulata that usually flowers in the middle of them all - sadly it doesn't seem to have appeared this year - but then.....
I spied this - an Early Purple Orchid right in the middle of brambles and dead bracken leaves
There were three of them - all with rather long stems as they'd had to find their way through to the daylight
