The Penrose Estate

Wooster and Tilly had been on their leads all day so far, so we thought we'd take them along the walk from The Boating Lake in Helston and out to Loe Pool - unfortunately we hadn't realised that the huge car park was now a Fun Fair - for Flora Day, so we had to drive on to our usual car park - which was very busy.  It was lovely to see everything looking so green & fresh.
With the odd splash of colour from the Rhododendrons
The National Trust workers have created lots of new paths through the estate and we decided to give one a try - as you can see - lots more Bluebells
and the dogs really enjoyed exploring and having a good dash about.
They weren't too sure who this shelter was for, but they weren't keen !
