PERRANUTHNOE is a small village on the South Coast of Cornwall, just East of Marazion, there is a Car Park and sloping access to a safe sandy beach and the beachside Cabin Cafe. It has The Victoria Inn a superb multi award winning pub, which serves super food both lunchtimes & evenings, - a Church dating back as far as 1160. The Lynfield Centre which houses The Cowhouse Gallery, The Peppercorn Cafe and a hairdressers.

Tuesday

A rather gloomy start to the day. We rushed around this morning, as we were meeting someone up at Oamaru barn at Trebarvah, that we are buying - hopefully next week !  We hung around, but sadly he'd got the appointment down for Wednesday, so we'll have to do it all again tomorrow !

      Contracts exchanged should complete next week - been very complicated as the four barns had to be legally split as well as the electrics and water. Can eee most of it from home ! Needs some sorting out ! Sue

      Hoping to have it as an all year round let with modern night stores and a wood burner - if possible ! Could do with new sofas as well otherwise it's ready to go - just a pity it's taken so long. Will put some details onto the blog As soon as I can ! Sue

      Got to pay for it tomorrow ! Really shouldn't have taken 6 months - rather a pity to have missed so much of the season already. Going shopping in Truro tomorrow for curtains etc - I might enjoy that ! Sue
