Think that this is a Sparrowhawk that I've seen a few times recently
Just can't get a good shot of it
As I walked back round the Cedar TRee was half gone

  1. Sue, WONDERFUL photos of sparrow hawk, those feet look FIERCE! V sad pics of the demise of the Cedar tree. When we did our mammoth footpath walk around Perranuthnoe today we saw a trail of wood chips, now we have the explanation! Amazed to see so many Campers beyond the Rhea's and chickens enclosure. The campsite at Prussia was equally busy, lovelly to see old-fashioned camping! Kathy P.

    1. The Cedar tree had been very much damaged in the Winter storms as ours was and it was right in the way of Jonathan's new house.
Good day for walking - I was making an effort to reduce the ironing mountain.
Don't know how Karen has managed to get more campers this year - must have advertised somewhere as the last couple of years were not really worth it. Sue
